1. SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to MajorMUD's POP3 E-mail service. MajorMUD agrees to provide you with one (1) POP3 email account. All MajorMUD e-mail accounts come with a Ten (10) megabyte storage capacity. Users can keep as much as Ten (10) megabytes on the server at any time without cleanup. MajorMUD reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. As the customer, you agree to use the service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with this agreement.

2. "FREE" POP3 SERVICE DEFINED
A MajorMUD POP3 account is made available at no charge to customers of Metropolis. Users with valid accounts and memberships with ClubMet, SuperMUD3, Masterpiece, or the Garbage Dump, can receive a MajorMUD POP3 account at no charge. If an account on the above mentioned BBS's is idle for sixty (60) days or canceled, MajorMUD can and will, without notice, cancel the MajorMUD POP3 account.

3. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
MajorMUD reserves the right to terminate the customer's account or access rights to this service at any time without notice, and will notify the customer by e-mail.

A. SPAM IS NOT ALLOWED
Any MajorMUD POP3 account that is used for solicitation or spam will be canceled without notice.

4. ACCOUNT SECUIRTY
If the user has reason to believe his or her account is no longer secure, (for example: in the event of a loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of customer's ID, or password,) the customer must promptly change his or her password and notify MajorMUD of the problem.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold MajorMUD harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of terms of this agreement. The customer agrees to hold MajorMUD harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to Customer's violation of this Agreement, including the Rules of Conduct or any information, software or other content placed on the service.

6. CHOICE OF LAW
This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Kansas. Further, any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or a breach of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Kansas.
