Question:
My users are getting the message 'MONGONE XX in XX:XX' when my users enter a room.

Answer:
There is an error in the active monster file, or the file was reset without running an off-line recovery afterward. To correct this problem perform the following:

1. Shut down the server
2. Run the WCCMMUTL.EXE program located in your Worldgroup directory
3. Choose the first option 'Database Recovery' from the list provided
4. When the recovery is complete, select 'Exit'
5. Restart the server
